Every pickup location has been tailored to fit COVID-19 safety protocols and minimize contact. These changes will reflect Department of Health recommendations for Farms, Farmers Markets and Grocery Stores. Changes will be communicated directly to members via email tailored to each specific pickup site. Some sites may ask that you follow further rules beyond those required by NYS, please respect the requests of whichever space you are in.

Thank you for joining us! As your farmers, we commit to growing food and bringing it to your selected pickup site weekly. 
You can count on us to bring fresh, organic, nourishing food to your home.

As members, you have committed to support our farms through the entire growing season with the understanding that farming is a natural process, yields and variety may vary season to season. We count on you to collect your shares and fulfill your financial agreement to the farms.

picking up your share

all winter shares are farm-packed boxed shares

Your share is packed in a waxed box - it is re-usable but not recyclable and WE WANT IT BACK! We will save until safe to reuse
Please gently unfold/flatten your boxes
veg boxes: on the bottom, gently pinch the two end flaps until they release. Fruit boxes: on the bottom, gently press the long-edge flaps inward until they release

All shares will be in area just inside the front door of the barn (we will move the vegetable shares to the walk-in cooler around the corner on Thurs. night)

Pickup Thursday 7am-9pm for the freshest share

Remembrance Farm

All shares will be in the walk-in cooler 

(on your right as soon as you enter the barn through the sliding wooden door)

Your box will be delivered to your home or group site weekly on Thursday by 3pm

Veggie boxes are green and white and say "Fresh Vegetables" (bottom right)

Winter fruit boxes are a larger box with "Fresh Vegetables" written in red and green (left)

Most group sites are self serve - just check your name off the list!  Some keep your share behind the counter, just ask! Some offer curbside pickup, call at arrival. Please return boxes to your location weekly.

If you have instructions for where to leave your box please email Molly. 

Tip: leave a cooler out to keep your perishables fresh and the squirrels away

Please return your boxes by leaving them outside each week.

It may take a few weeks to streamline the route so please be patient and call 607-379-2866 or email if there is a problem with your share on delivery day. 
We'll make sure to get it to you ASAP!

missed shares, vacation & "switcheroo" policy


Have a friend or house-sitter pick up your share 
     how to: just send them! no need to email Molly
      introduce the CSA concept to a friend!  

Give your share to the food pantry
    how to: email Molly by Monday at 5pm
     she will arrange to have your share donated to our food pantry partners

Hold your share and double up another week,
    how to:  email Molly by Monday at 5pm
     you may not double a share unless you notified us to hold (not harvest for) the share you miss.

if you just forget and mis a week... you may not get a replacement share or double share

We will hold up our end of the CSA by harvesting for you every week, it is your responsibility to collect your produce OR let us know by Monday at 5pm not to harvest for you. If you do not notify us not to harvest for you in advance, we cannot harvest double for you later.

Tip: most pickup locations offer Friday morning pickup if you missed Thursday! And farm pickups allow pickup all the way through the following Wednesday!


when you join our CSA you make a commitment to pay your farms for the entire season

installment plans


After your deposit at sign up, there are two payment installments due 12/15 and 1/15


$105 each

$55 for HFFA subsidized share members

Molly will send a reminder close to each due date

When you join, you commit to making all these payment. DO NOT just stop paying and expect we will cancel your share - unless you communicate directly we will be counting on your payment each month.

We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, EBT and Paypal

Please avoid using PayPal when possible so that all funds stay in our community!

If paying by EBT you MUST send a copy of your receipt to us

What if I am having trouble making my payments or my circumstances have changed?

Life happens! Please call or email Molly sooner than later - we can work together to make a plan that works for you and the farms.
